With regards to insurance
Our rental contracts constitute firm bookings. Therefore, we offer cancellation or interruption insurance in partnership with ADAR.
Tenant’s liability insurance : In France, it is required that the tenant has civil liability insurance for property and furnishings. In France, many companies that insure your main residence also offer to insure your holiday rental. In this case you will be asked to provide proof of this insurance. For those without, we strongly recommend taking advantage of our ADAR insurance. Don’t be held responsible for any damage at the property.
